Where to submit my application for a Canada Immigration Visa?

This depends upon the Canadian immigration class under which you are submitting your application.

1. Federal Skilled Worker:
Under the Federal Skilled Worker category of Canadian immigration, applications have to be submitted to the Centralized Intake Office (CIO) in Sydney Nova Scotia.

2. Provincial Nomination Program:
In the Provincial Nomination Program group of Canadian immigration or if you are going to reside in the Province of Quebec, you must at first submit an application to the province in which you intend to reside.

3. Canadian Experience Class:
There are two scenarios for the Canadian Experience Class
1. If you are residing in Canada at the time of your request, you can present your application to the Canadian Immigration Visa Office in Buffalo, New York.
2. If you are no longer present in Canada, applications must be submitted to the Canadian Immigration Visa Office that hand round the country where you are residing, if you have been legally admitted to that country for a period of at least one year, or the country of your nationality.

4. Family Sponsorship:
In Family Sponsorship category of Canadian immigration, applications must initially be submitted to the Case Processing Centre (CPC) in Vegreville, Alberta in the case of an inland Canada sponsorship, or to CPC Mississauga, Ontario in the case of a sponsorship to be processed outside of Canada.

5. Business Category:
In Business category of Canadian immigration, applications must be submitted to the Canadian Immigration Visa Office that hand round the country where you are residing, if you have been legally admitted to that country for a period of at least one year, or the country of your nationality.
