Criticism on Latest Canadian Visa Application Form!

There is constantly something new happening in the world immigration front. System and laws are implemented in countries from time to time. Typically, immigration rules are introduced for defend of a country’s community. And when these are being implemented, citizens of other countries or other nations do not seem to be satisfied with the new rules at the time. But, then it is done for the sake of the country’s safety.

Newly, there is one fresh visa rule that has been implemented by Canada is facing condemnation from country like Russia. Canada is getting its latest visa application form, where the country is asking applicant’s for responsive information on their military service. Consistent with the country, the purpose behind implementing the rule is to get rid of the visitors who are not admissible to the country. Visitors with purpose to enter the country have been questioned concerning various aspects, like their martial, security and political behavior in the past, which can decide whether a person is allowable to Canada or not.

Russia has disapprove of Canada’s new visa application form and supposed that it would make the visa application procedure tougher for Russians, which may even stimulate Russia to put into practice mutual measures. According to the spokesperson for the Russian Foreign Ministry, Andrei Nesterenko, the new visa form covers more than customary criteria. He also added that this law is probable to make the visa application procedure for Russian tougher!

In keeping with sources, the information required by the new Canadian visa application form is illegal as far as Russians are concerned. It is illegal for Russian citizens to make known the type of information they are requisite to fill on the form. The new form asks applicants to give details concerning their military service/background, for instance where their unit is located, in addition to the name of the commanding officer.
