Canadian Immigration Minister Jason Kenney's instructions to Visa officers regarding the processing of skilled workers have effected from February 27, 2008.
Except you fall within the new criterion for federal skilled workers, your Immigration Case submission will not be processed and your application fee will be refunded. You will have to discover some other way to immigrate to Canada.
So as to qualify in the federal skilled worker class, an applicant should have at least one of the following in addition to other requirements of the skilled worker category:
1. An offer of arranged employment in Canada, or
2. One year of student or full time employment experience in Canada, or
3. You must have experience (At least 1 year) in one of the following categories.
